Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Gridanta Limited ("Gridanta", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you use Gridanta for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to them.

Gridanta provides tools for finding, assessing and managing information about properties and potential solar projects. We may improve, update or change the service over time.

Property, ownership, energy and contact information may come from third-party or public sources. It can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, so you must independently verify information before relying on it for commercial, legal, financial or technical decisions.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that your authorised users follow these terms.

You must not use Gridanta to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications;
• scrape, copy, resell or systematically extract the service or its data except where we have agreed otherwise in writing;
• interfere with the service, bypass its security, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access; or
• use the service or its data to build a competing product or service.

If you contact people using information found through Gridanta, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, direct marketing and electronic communications laws.

You keep ownership of information you submit to the service. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve Gridanta. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that information to us.

Gridanta and its software, design, branding and original content belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.

We aim to keep Gridanta available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may depend on third-party data, maps, infrastructure and websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes those providers make.

You may stop using Gridanta at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay agreed charges. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gridanta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for decisions made using third-party information available through the service.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to them.
